• Service Initiation: Once a government application is filed or a DSC is generated, no refund shall be processed.
• Cancellation: If you wish to cancel before service initiation, a 20% processing fee will be deducted.
• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
